HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?

We need your Personal Data so that:

·    Pass on your details to selected Companies, Sponsors and Trusted Partners which provide you with other offers and promotions of interest to you

The sponsors and partners will be responsible for their processing of the personal information that you agree to share: When we share your personal information in this way, the sponsors and/or partners will be responsible for their processing or your personal information and the processing will be subject to the sponsors' and/or partners' privacy policies. At the time we seek your consent, we will provide you a link to the applicable sponsor's or partner's privacy policy.

 Other selected third-party companies who will fulfil additional services including payment services, analytics, location tracking services, to help understand trends and spending  patterns and to support the delivery  of the Services.

We may also supply your personal information to government bodies and law enforcement agencies but only:

Surveys on the Site

If you complete the surveys questions on the site and agree to receive information from one of our sponsors/partners, then we will, in addition to the Registration Details, provide the Survey Sponsor (who will be clearly named) with your personal data as follows ('Survey Details'):

·     Answers to any survey question completed

·      Cookies information in completing the Survey.

The Survey Sponsor will use your responses and the Registration Details to identify what future offers, and information about their products and services you may be interested in, and to contact you by the methods referred to above. We do not place a specific timeframe on their use of the Registration and Survey Details

By registration process and completing the sponsored survey questions and giving your consent you are agreeing to be contacted by the companies sponsoring the Surveys by the methods including by telephone, direct mail, email or SMS. This will take preference over any registration that you may have with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) of the number you have provided to us or updated with us. It is always your choice as to whether you want to receive such calls, so if you are registered with the Telephone Preference Service and decide you no longer wish to hear from Love Rewards or our Sponsors/Partners you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

If you no longer wish to hear from any of the companies running the Surveys who have received your personal data, you will need to contact each of them directly to request this.

This also applies to any other preference service you may have registered with such as the Mailing Preference Service.

DATA PARTNERS

Your personal (registration) data may be shared within our Data Partners (see list below), who may contact you by email, telephone or mail, depending on your consent. We generally allow Data Partners to use this data only to communicate with you for a predetermined limited period of time. They are required to comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding the storage and use of this data. Your IP address, other technical data and online tracking data will not be sent to our Data Partners unless you participate in a survey. We will take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to ensure that your personal information is stored in a secure manner. However, we shall have no liability for disclosure of data due to errors in transmission or the fraudulent, negligent or other illegal acts of a third party, such as “hacking”. DATA TRANSMISSION

We will transfer your personal information to our website hosting administrators who are based in the EEA, other than this, we shall also transfer your personal information to certain companies who have contracted to use the Services and may reside outside the European Economic Area.

Should a data breach occur, we have complaint procedures in place to investigate and report the matter to the Individual. In the event of a breach, it will be reported to you within 72 hours of discovery. A record of any breaches will be kept by the Company.
